Framed Prints
We do not sell empty frames; our framed products always include a custom print of your pet. However, we understand that sometimes the frame might not match your space as you hoped.
The frame itself is eligible for a return within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the frame, you may return it for a full refund. You are welcome to remove and keep the custom print before shipping the frame back to us.
To initiate a return, please use our contact form and provide your order number within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. The frame must be returned in resalable condition to qualify for a refund.
Other Custom Products
Permanently customized items cannot be returned, as they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. This applies to:
- Printed mugs
- Apparel (shirts, hoodies, etc.)
- Any other permanently personalized merchandise
Digital Products
All sales of digital credits and AI image generations are final. We do not offer refunds for digital services once purchased, unless there was a proven technical error with the transaction.
Damaged or Defective Items
If any order (custom or standard) arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at yerandy@hairyroommate.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
